Fair Value (Blended)

A combined fair-value estimate that weights several methods (Forward P/E, P/CFO, DCF, dividend yield, etc.) into a single target price.

What is Fair Value (Blended)?

Each ticker has a sector-default blend (for example, REITs use P/CFO, most stocks use Forward P/E). All per-method fair values are always computed and stored; the blend can be changed in admin tooling without re-running the calculations.
