    Posterior Sampling

A Bayesian technique that draws many possible return scenarios from a posterior distribution, used in Black-Litterman and probability tabs.

Instead of relying on a single point estimate, posterior sampling generates a cloud of plausible futures, which can then be summarized into probabilities, distributions, or scenario sets.
