You Already Own the AI Trade. The Real Question Is What Else You Own.

Passive S&P ownership is de facto an AI-concentrated active bet - top 10 names ~40% of the S&P, NVDA ~8% and ~USD5T market cap, making the benchmark fragile to a handful of tech outcomes Being right on AI is not the same as proper sizing - I own GOOGL and NVDA, but advocate sizing the AI exposure deliberately and constructing a defensive sleeve to mitigate hidden concentration risk Physical-economy pick-and-shovel theme is real - data-center capex fuels demand for steel, copper and power equipment, yet CAT and GE screen expensive, forward multiples ~38 and mid-40s respectively Healthcare provides uncorrelated growth with income - LLY: 3yr revenue CAGR ~32%, gross margin >83%, model ~29% below fair value; AZN: ~3% yield, Piotroski 8, beta ~0.2, attractive ballast options Defensive sleeve now pays - Bloomberg US Aggregate yields ~4.5-5% as of May 31 2026 with lower duration; I hold short and intermediate Treasuries, municipals, and am adding REIT income exposure (VICI)

Own The Future: What You Need To Know About The Next 1, 5, and 50 Years To Thrive In The World That's Coming

The most important earnings day in history is April 29th (Wed) when AMZN, MSFT, META, and GOOG announce (all hyperscale's at once) Earnings from TSMC, SK Hynix, and ASML prove that AI demand is still far above supply. Hyperscale's are going to report strong earnings, and likely higher capex. NVDA gets 50% of their capex spend with 55% FCF margins and 90% FCF/share growth this year (100% if China approves Hopper sales). Still Has 92% Upside Potential Left This Year. Economy is still strong at 2.8% growth BUT corporate profit growth keeps accelerating. 18% CAGR for S&P and 20% for Nasdaq (FCF) growth, 4X historical norms. PEGY analysis of the S&P and Nasdaq shows the S&P is 17% undervalued and Nasdaq 22% (both near bear market low valuations with explosive growth). S&P has 40% upside potential (after 14% rally) due to explosive growth and Nasdaq upside potential is 52%. This week's in-depth research (Chairman memos) provide updates for WTRG thesis and much deeper look into the Choke Points for the future of everything investment thesis. XYL is my favorite water opportunity, but TSM, ASML, and AVGO are likely to find their way into ZEUS...which is running in the top 10/100,000 simulations (on track for 44% year this year)

90% Market Share, 214x Interest Coverage, and a 5% Discount: Why I'm Buying TSM Here

TSM printed its strongest March ever at NT$415B (+45% YoY), pushing Q1 revenue to the top of guidance at ~$35.7B while the rest of semis flatlined Q4 2025 margins hit records: 62.3% gross, 54% operating, 48.3% net. Nearly half of every revenue dollar falls to the bottom line at $122B annual scale Raw trailing FCF looks expensive, but strip out growth capex and normalized FCF jumps from $32B to $63B. The reinvestment bridge changes the valuation math Blended fair value $391 vs $370 current price. Buy zone, not a screaming deal. Staged accumulation with heavier adds below $355 Quality 90/100, Safety 99/100, Interest Coverage 214x, Debt/Equity 0.22. The balance sheet could stop growing tomorrow and still compound for years
